Ryan Arca began at Ellman International in New York, transitioning from customer solutions to operations, marketing, and sales as radiofrequency technology advanced to non-ablative skin tightening.
After Ellman acquired a laser company, he trained physicians in clinics, integrating technology into real workflows. This hands-on work grounded his understanding of energy-based treatment, patient experience, and what providers need to succeed.
At Ulthera, later Merz Aesthetics, Ryan advanced through sales and leadership roles, ultimately overseeing more than half of the United States. He aligned energy devices, skincare, and injectables to deliver consistent practice results at scale, shaping a holistic, cross-functional approach to growth in medical aesthetics.
As Vice President of Sales at Rohrer Aesthetics, Ryan helped drive triple-digit growth, facilitated a private equity acquisition, led team expansion, and oversaw multiple product launches. His market positioning work and provider enablement programs translated technology into measurable practice performance—experience that informs Arca Aesthetics today.
